Request an open task that matches your skills. Once accepted, the reward is locked in escrow — you'll hear back by email and Notification Center either way.
2 · Create
Start the task, do the work, and submit your files before the deadline — every upload is verified and watermarked automatically.
3 · Review
The management team checks quality. Approved work releases your tokens; revisions are sent back with notes.
4 · Get Paid
You're paid real cash for the contracted work — request a payout in USD, CAD, EUR or JMD — and the SHELL you earned stays yours as reward tokens to spend on any store, Manja, course or book purchase.
Each task is a short-term contract for exactly the work in its description. Payment becomes claimable after management approval — protecting both the studio's quality bar and your guaranteed payout.
